§ 30.18 SPECIAL AND EMERGENCY MEETINGS.
   (A)   Special meetings may be called by the President of the village or any three Trustees upon at least 48 hours’ notice to all members and the President; provided, that if all the Trustees are present at a special meeting, no notice to the Trustees shall be necessary and the notice shall be deemed waived. However, notice of special meetings shall be given as required by ILCS Chapter 5, Act 120, § 2.02.

   (B)   Emergency meetings may be called, provided that notice occurs as soon as practicable.
