§ 30.17 TIME, PLACE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS.

(A) Time. The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees shall be held at least once in each month on such date as shall from time to time be determined by the Board of Trustees. Notice of the regular meeting shall be required as provided by ILCS Chapter 5, Act 120, §§ 2.02 and 2.03.

(B) Place. The meeting place of the Board shall be at the Village Hall, unless otherwise ordered by the Board.
