§ 153.059 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.

Where permitted within district regulations, planned unit developments shall be considered special uses, and subject to the process and requirements of both special uses in § 153.058 and planned unit developments. See §§ 153.080 through 153.090 for planned unit development process and requirements.
