§ 153.022 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.

   The Planning and Zoning Commission shall have the following powers, pursuant to this chapter:

   (A)   To hear and make final decisions on appeals of any zoning interpretation made by the Zoning Administrator in regard to this chapter (§ 153.064).

   (B)   To make recommendations to the Village Board on zoning map and text amendment applications (§ 153.056).

   (C)   To make recommendations to the Village Board on applications for variations (§ 153.057).

   (D)   To make recommendations to the Village Board on special use applications (§ 153.058).

   (E)   To review and make final decisions on site plan reviews (§ 153.060).

   (F)   To make recommendations to the Village Board on planned unit development applications (§§ 153.080 through 153.090).

   (G)   To hear and report to the Village Board on such other matters as may be referred to it by the Village Board.

   (H)   To initiate, direct and review, from time to time, studies of the provisions of the Zoning Code and to make reports of its recommendations to the Village Board.
