§ 153.021 VILLAGE BOARD.
   The Village Board shall have the following specific powers, pursuant to this chapter:
   (A)   To make final decisions on zoning text and map amendment applications (§ 153.056).
   (B)   To make final decisions on applications for zoning variations (§ 153.057).
   (C)   To make final decisions on special use applications (§ 153.058).
   (D)   To make final decisions on planned unit development applications (§§ 153.080 through 153.090).
