Each member of the Commission shall serve for a term of four fiscal years and until a successor has been appointed. Vacancies on the Commission shall be filled for the unexpired term of the member whose place has become vacant in the same manner as providing for the appointment of new members. The Village President shall have the power to remove any member of the Commission for cause after a public hearing.
