§ 151.02 MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT.

The Planning and Zoning Commission shall be composed of seven members, all of whom shall reside within the village. The members shall be appointed by the Village President, with the advice and consent of the Village Board, in the same manner as other officers of the village are appointed and shall be subject to the provisions of all ordinances relating to appoints of officers of the village.
