Building sewer permits shall be applied for and granted pursuant to the village building and plumbing codes. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Director of Fire and Building. A permit and inspection fee as required by the building and plumbing codes for a residential or commercial building sewer permit shall be paid to the village at the time the application is filed. Industries, as a condition of permit authorization, must provide information describing their wastewater constituents, characteristics and type of activity.
