§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 93.01 of this chapter commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorney fees and costs of collection. Any subsequent offense in a 12-month period shall be deemed a Class A infraction subject to a fine not to exceed $100, plus any and all attorneys’ fees and costs of collection.

   (C)   (1)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.20 of this chapter commits a Class D infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $25, plus any and all attorneys’ fees and costs of collection.
      (2)   Any subsequent violation thereafter within a calendar year shall be subject to double the penalty set forth above as the total civil penalty, plus any and all attorney fees and costs of collection.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any individual to violate any provision of §§ 93.35 through 93.48 of this chapter. Each day §§ 93.35 through 93.48 are violated shall be deemed a separate Class A infraction offense and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $100, plus any and all attorneys’ fees and costs of collection.
