No resident of the town shall keep upon their property any more than four domesticated animals, domesticated animals shall include all pets, dogs, cats, or other similar animals. It shall be strictly forbidden for any individual within the town to possess or harbor any animal, domesticated or otherwise, referred to or known as a farm animal/livestock, as same is defined within the county zoning and subdivision control ordinances.
