921.99 PENALTY.

Any person or persons who shall violate any of the provisions of Sections 921.01 and 921.02 or rules and regulations established by the Village Administrator, shall be upon conviction guilty as follows:

(a) First offense: Minor misdemeanor.

(b) Second offense: Misdemeanor of the third degree.

(d) Fourth offense: Misdemeanor of the first degree.
