921.03 VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO REGULATE.

The Village Administrator is hereby authorized to seal or lock any hydrant, valve or attachment and make and establish such regulations as shall carry out the intent and purpose of Sections 921.01 and 921.02 and are not inconsistent, therewith. (Ord. 752. Passed 12-13-90.)
