§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 51.25 through 51.28 shall be fined not less than $50, nor more that $100 upon a first conviction of §§ 51.25 through 51.28, and for each subsequent offense shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99.
