§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 150.01, 150.15 through 150.20, or permitting any dangerous building or any building or structure to remain in a dangerous condition shall be fined $750 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 150.35 through 150.44, if after receiving written notice to do so from the Clerk, shall continue in his or her failure to comply shall be fined $5 for each day during or on which a failure to so comply continues.
