(A) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the use of barbeque grills, outdoor fireplaces or fire pits at any time. The location of fireplaces, grills or fire pits must be limited to a location that is clear of any obstacles and structures or anything that may become flammable or damaged as a result of said use.
(B) Barbeque grills, fireplaces and fire pits must be controlled or so positioned to prevent smoke from disturbing others.
(C) Outside fireplaces, grills and fire pits are only for the uses intended; seasoned, dry wood, charcoal and gas units are the only combustible materials allowed.
