(A) Any person convicted of violating any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $750 for each offense hereof, and each day of violation occurs or is allowed to remain constitutes and shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) The penalties prescribed in this section are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any penalties, rights, remedies, duties or liabilities otherwise imposed or conferred by law.
