§ 91.13 OPEN BURNING OF REFUSE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall cause or allow the open burning of any refuse with the exception of landscape waste within the city.
   (B)   Burning of landscape waste shall be limited to that which is generated on the premises.
