§ 91.10 OVERGROWN TREES OR SHRUBBERY.
   It is unlawful for any person, within the corporate limits of the city, to permit branches of trees or shrubbery, growing upon premises owned or occupied by any person, to grow over or across any public walk, alley or street in the city.
