§ 90.11 SPECIAL PERMITS FOR CERTAIN CIRCUS OR EXHIBITION ANIMALS.
   The keeping of animals, birds or fowl otherwise prohibited by this chapter may be permitted by applying for a special permit from the City Council. Such permits may be issued to permit circus performances or other public exhibitions or entertainment events.
