§ 90.10 ANIMALS POSING HEALTH HAZARDS; AUTHORITY TO PROHIBIT.
   (A)   The Chief of Police shall have the power to issue an order prohibiting the keeping of any animal, fowl or bird which is deemed to pose a health hazard to the general public.
   (B)   Whenever the Mayor by proclamation shall declare that danger from rabies is great, it shall be unlawful to permit any dog to go upon any public street, alley or sidewalk or other public place unless such dog is securely muzzled.
