§ 90.09 DOMESTIC RABBITS RESTRICTED.
   Possession of domestic rabbits within the city is a violation of this chapter, except under the following conditions.
   (A)   The owner shall provide a cage of at least eight cubic feet, with no dimension less than one foot for each animal.
   (B)   Each cage or structure shall be placed at least ten feet from all property lines.
   (C)   The total number of rabbits shall be no more than three or more than one animal for every 3,000 square feet of lot area, whichever is less.
   (D)   For the purpose of this section, any rabbit over six weeks old shall be counted.
