§ 75.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person found to be in violation of §§ 75.01 through 75.04 shall be subject to the following fines and penalties:

      (1)   First offense: a written warning shall be issued to the violator;

      (2)   Second offense: a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $25 shall be imposed for those persons violating §§ 75.01 through 75.04 for a second time; and

      (3)   Third offense: third time and all subsequent offenses shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $50.

   (C)   Any person found to be in violation of §§ 75.15 through 75.17 shall be subject to the following fines and penalties:

      (1)   First offense: a written warning shall be issued to the violator;

      (2)   Second offense: a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $25 shall be imposed for those persons violating §§ 75.15 through 75.17 for a second time; and

      (3)   Third offense: third time and all subsequent offenses shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $50.
