For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS DISTRICT. The area within the city bordered from the 100 block of North Center Street south to the 100 block of South Center Street on the east; Fourth Street on the south to the Illinois River; Illinois River on the west; and bordered on the north by Main Street south to Seventh Street; Seventh Street east to Prairie Street; south on Prairie Street to Sixth Street; and Sixth Street east to the 100 block of North Center Street.
