§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   The remedy set forth in § 73.08(B) shall not be mutually exclusive and any person, corporation or business entity violating § 73.08(B) may, in addition to having the motor vehicle removed, also be fined pursuant to § 10.99.
