Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as an assertion of jurisdiction over any waters within Kootenai County, where the submerged lands thereunder are owned by the government of the United States and held in trust for the Coeur d'Alene Tribe, in excess of such jurisdiction authorized under Federal and State law.
