(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.

(B) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 150.45 through 150.53 shall be fined not more than $2,500. Each day a violation continues shall be treated as a separate occurrence. Any person in violation of the provisions of §§ 150.45 through 150.53 may be assessed a civil penalty and/or infraction as designated by IC 36-7-9 et seq.

(C) Violations of the provisions of §§ 150.60 through 150.69, in addition to any other penalties contained therein, shall be punishable by fines not to exceed $2,500 per occurrence. Each day a violation continues shall be treated as a separate occurrence. Any person in violation of the provisions of §§ 150.60 through 150.69 may be assessed a civil penalty and/or infraction as designated by IC 36-7-9 et seq.
