§ 150.69 ENFORCEMENT BY CORPORATION COUNSEL.
   In addition to any other enforcement provisions contained herein, the Office of the Corporation Counsel may commence appropriate legal action or prosecute to assure compliance with this subchapter in accordance with IC 36-7-9-1 et seq., § 150.45 et seq. of this chapter, or this subchapter.
