§ 150.53 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation, whether as owner, lessee, sublessee, or occupant, shall erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, demolish, equip, use, occupy, or maintain any building or premises, or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter or any order issued by the enforcement authority.
   (B)   Any window or door which is broken, missing, or covered by a material that is not consistent with the exterior of the building or structure must be repaired to working condition within ten days of a notice of violation. For a building or structure of historic significance, any window or door which is broken or missing or covered by a material that is not consistent with the original type of window or door must be repaired to original condition within ten days of a notice of violation.
