All wastewater processing fees established in § 55.103 and all stormwater utility fees established in § 55.105 shall be due and payable as set forth in § 55.109. The failure to remit payment for such fees by the due date stated on the bill, or as provided in § 55.109, shall result in the assessment of a late charge of 10%, in addition to any costs associated with collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
