§ 55.108 EFFECT OF ERROR IN BILLING.
   In the event that fees established in §§ 55.103 and 55.105 are incorrectly calculated, assessed, or otherwise errant; such error shall not operate to nullify any obligation to pay all assessments that are established by this chapter.
