§ 55.107 PREPARATION AND BILLING.
   All fees established in §§ 55.103 and 55.105 shall be prepared and billed monthly by the city and shall be collected in the manner provided by applicable law, except non-metered stormwater fees, which shall be prepared and billed bi-annually in January and July.
