(A) Any person violating any provision of this title for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 50.02 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment of not more than 90 days or both. Each day's failure of compliance with any provision of § 50.02 shall constitute a separate offense. Legal proceedings to enjoin the violation of any of the provisions of § 50.02 may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in the name of the township. The action for injunctive relief shall be brought when authorized by the Township Board. The enforcement and administration of the provisions of § 50.02 shall otherwise be under the appropriate employee of the township.
