(A) Any ordinance of the township that provides for the violation thereof as a municipal civil infraction, but does not specifically provide therein for the amount of the penalty, shall carry the civil fine as set forth in this section.
(B) Any person or entity that is responsible for a municipal civil infraction of the township shall be subject to a civil fine of not less than $250 and no more than $500. In addition, the court may require the payment of costs as it may determine. Each day that the violation continues constitutes a separate violation.
