All applications for license as prescribed by this chapter shall be accompanied by credentials and sureties provided in section 3-8-1 of this chapter and a license fee in an amount to be established from time to time by city council resolution. In addition to the license fee, each original and renewal applicant shall pay the city clerk amounts that the city is required by law to pay the state. (Ord. 85-8, 12-16-1985, eff. 1-1-1986)
