3-3-7: ISSUANCE OF LICENSE:
If the city clerk finds the application is made out in conformance with section 3-3-4 of this chapter and the facts stated therein are correct, the clerk shall issue, upon posting of bond as required by section 3-3-6 of this chapter, a license, and charge a fee as established in this chapter. (1983 Code § 6-2-5)
