6-2-5: SUPPLEMENTARY CAPACITY:
Reserve peace officers shall act only in a supplementary capacity to the regular force and shall not assume full-time duties of regular peace officers without first complying with all requirements for regular peace officers. (Ord. 80, 7-21-1980)
