6-5-6: PENALTIES:

   A.   Violation; Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of section 6-5-5 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalty as provided in section 1-4-2 of this code. (Ord. 83-4, 12-5-1983; amd. 1996 Code)

   B.   Arrest Of Minor: Any peace officer of this city while on duty is hereby empowered to arrest any minor who violates any of the provisions of sections 6-5-3 and 6-5-4 of this chapter. Upon arrest for a first violation of either of these sections, the minor shall be returned to the custody of the parent, guardian or other person charged with the care and custody of the minor. If the minor violates either of these sections a second or more time, the minor, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 04-12, 8-16-2004)
