6-5-3: TIME LIMITS:

It is unlawful for any minor to be or remain upon any of the alleys, streets, or public places or places of business and amusement in this city between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of the following day. (Ord. 83-4, 12-5-1983)
