(A) Properly registered off-road vehicles, commonly known as four-wheelers and three-wheelers, may be operated by licensed drivers on the county road system, outside the corporate limits of any city or town, provided the operation of the four-wheelers and three-wheelers complies with all of the provisions of I.C. 14-16-1, as now existing and as hereafter modified.
(B) This section is effective immediately.
