(A) Any person violating any provision of this title for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of § 70.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be fined not less than $10 or not more than $100.
(2) The County Auditor shall provide, in duplicates, serial numbered forms for notifying violators to appear and answer to the charges of the violation of § 70.16. The forms shall be issued to and be receipted for by the police officer or other persons acting for the police officer, and the County Auditor shall report to the Commissioners monthly all duplicate forms issued by the Auditor. These reports shall be public records.
(3) In the event any person fails to comply with the notice given to the person or attached to a vehicle, or fails to make appearance pursuant to a summons directing an appearance in the County Court, or if any person fails or refuses to deposit bail as required within the time permitted by § 70.16, the Clerk of the County Court shall forthwith have an affidavit entered against the person and secure and issue a warrant for his or her arrest.
(4) All fines or forfeitures collected upon conviction or upon the forfeiture of bail of any person charged with the violation of any of the provisions of § 70.16 shall be paid into the County General Fund.
