No tires, asbestos, infectious wastes, radioactive wastes, car bodies, truck bodies, mobile homes, trailers and other similar items which have not been disassembled, or waste generated beyond the county (unless specifically authorized by the County Solid Waste District Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of the county) shall be disposed of at the County Landfill. No hazardous wastes shall be disposed of at the County Landfill, except in compliance with I.C. 13-19, 13-20 and 329 I.A.C. 3.1.
