Only employees of the county working on county business shall utilize or be present in the County Courthouse at any time when the County Courthouse is not open for business or for a public meeting and it is hereby ordained to be unlawful for any person to be in the County Courthouse after 4:00 p.m. on week days or at anytime on the weekend unless the person is working within the scope of his or her employment with the county or attending a lawfully convened public meeting.
