(A) Upon learning of violations of the provisions of this chapter and/or related ordinances or 1aws, the County Commissioner shall conduct an investigation. After a hearing thereon, if the County Commissioner should determine that the license shall be revoked, no refund of license or permit fee shall be due.
(B) After investigating any complaint under § 114.07, the County Commissioners shall refer the complaint to the Prosecuting Attorney for the 12th Judicial Circuit Court if they believe legal action is necessary.
(C) The Prosecuting Attorney may take whatever legal action is necessary to enforce this chapter in the Civil and Criminal Courts of the county.
