The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract, as provided by the terms of Exhibit A, which is attached to original Ord. 72-O-82, passed November 13, 1972, with the volunteer firefighters of the Kirtland Fire Division, for fire protection services to the city and its inhabitants.
