Editor's note:
Though the City Charter provides for a Division of Health within the Department of Public Safety, such a Division is not maintained by the city. Res. 83-R-62, passed October 17, 1983, provided for a combined Board of Health, consisting of the City Health Districts and the General Health District, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3709.07.
There are no sections in Chapter 248. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
