(a) Fees for services of the cemeteries of the city, including, but not limited to, foundation rates, resident grave sales, resident grave openings, nonresident grave sales and nonresident grave openings, shall be determined by resolution of Council after receiving the recommendation of the Mayor.
(b) The fees for services of the cemeteries of the city shall be as stated in the Fee Schedule in § 236.07 of the City of Kirtland Codified Ordinances.
