Res. 96-R-66, passed November 18, 1996, approved the Solid Waste Management Plan for the Lake County Solid Waste Management District. Copies of such resolution and of such Plan may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
The city, from time to time and in accordance with Ohio R.C. 3734.57, approves the fee schedule for the disposal of solid waste as proposed by the Solid Waste Management Policy Committee for the Lake County Solid Waste Management District. Copies of the most recent fee schedule may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
