(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, owner, occupant or agent for such premises as shall fail to comply with the provisions of § 50.01 shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense.

(C) Any person violating the terms of § 50.02 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense.

(D) Penalty for violation of § 50.03 shall be not less than $50 nor more than $750.

(E) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 50.04 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
