(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.08, or fails, neglects or refuses to abide by and comply with the rules or regulations promulgated to effectuate the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.08, shall be fined not more than $500 or shall be imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
(C) Any person who is guilty of a violation of any provision of §§ 50.20 and 50.21, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each offense and each offense shall be deemed committed upon the taking of said recyclables from each property at the time that a violation occurs. Such fine is applicable to the person found taking such recyclables from said individual property without permission. The city police, upon observing such action or upon investigation of the same, shall immediately give notice of the violation upon the offender. The violation shall be reported and hearing held at which time a fine may thereafter be issued.
