§ 90.03 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to overload, overwork, overdrive, torture, torment, wantonly or cruelly beat or bruise, cut or ill treat any animal or in any other manner to inflict any unnecessary pain or suffering upon any such animal.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall apply to all person violating the same, whether such person or persons be the owners of such animals or have the temporary charge or custody of same.
